Booking Policy To respect both your time and ours, please review the following policies: • All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your remaining service balance. • A 10-minute grace period is given for each appointment. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on availability. • Cancellations will result in a 30% inconvenience fee of the scheduled service. • One reschedule is allowed per deposit. Cancellation Policy
Please note that a 30% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
I completely understand that life happens—but if you are running more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be canceled to avoid overlapping with other clients, and the 30% cancellation fee will still apply.
All deposits are non-refundable and go toward the remaining balance of your service.
